Eating Healthy Still...

So, even though I found out I was pregnant I decided I wasn't going to stop my eating healthy and working out. I have done pretty well, especially with the eating well. Now, If I could just figure out the working out part I am so extremely tired that I can't make myself do it. Any suggestions?

Don't push yourself to hard just do something easy. I was always way tired too. That was the hardest part for me. So when I didn't feel like doing a whole lot I would walk. We'd go to wheeler farm all the time. Walking is just as good for you. Or we'd play basketball even if it was just horse. Anything to still get me moving but something easier and fun to do.

Bundle up and walk! And do some light weight lifting. I wish that I would've toned my arms up more (kids and car seats are heavy)!
